Good morning. Stacking daily intentional movement is a good way to get all non-negotiable daily activities in. What I mean by stacking is combination of 2 or more or your daily routine. This morning I walked while getting sunrise exposure with Beth. So really got 3 intentionals at the same time. Extra steps (more than just daily normal activity), sun light exposure and quality time with the wife.
Make or create time to achieve non-negotiables.
