Most people are under the assumption that "cardio" or endurance type workouts are the best for weight loss. More and more evidence proving weight lifting is being

studied showing the effect of strength training and weight loss. So for a true weight loss regimen both "cardio" and strength training should be incorporated. That's my methodology at House Family Fitness for all clients working towards weight loss, general fitness or performance enhancement.
